School styling, as a rule, we associate with pigtails, ponytails, or something else simple, which does not need to spend a lot of time and effort in the morning. Today, young tiktokers offer much more original styling options for modern schoolgirls: ponytails, bunches with a scarf, and bubble tails. These hairstyles will take about 10 minutes, but they look like they were done by a professional stylist.
However, not only schoolgirls should pay attention to these hairstyles – trendy styling is suitable for any age. In a new article, Spletnik talks about the most popular school hairstyles from TikTok and explains step by step how to repeat them.
Relaxed ponytail
This original hairstyle can be repeated even if there is no elastic at hand. You just need to thread the tail twice through the holes made with your fingers, as shown in the video, and voila – fast, simple, and beautiful!
A bundle with a scarf
Bright shawls in hairstyles are not the first season in fashion. There are many options for creating hairstyles with this accessory. Here is perhaps the simplest of them. Pull your hair into a low ponytail and pull the scarf through the elastic. Next, braid your hair with a scarf into a tight bundle, and then twist it into a bun. All that remains is to secure the hairstyle with an elastic band and straighten the tip of the scarf so that it falls beautifully around the neck.
“Buns” in the style of Princess Leia
Princess Leia’s hairstyle from Star Wars has already become legendary in its own way. Exactly, we will not repeat it, of course, but we will show its most widespread version today.
First, divide your hair into two sections. On one of these parts, separate the upper part of the strands and twist from it the simplest bundle with flagella. Secure the resulting “bun” with invisibility or an elastic band, and then simply wrap the bottom of the hair around the base of the already obtained bun. Repeat the same with the second section of hair. “Buns” can be made both higher and lower, while leaving the bangs loose.
Microtails
Microtails are another trend that has returned to us from the beginning of the 2000s. To repeat this hairstyle, you only need thin elastic bands and a comb. Separate the central strand at the face with clear parting and collect the hair in several small ponytails that will seem to flow into one another. Pull the resulting ponytails tight, and leave the rest of the hair loose and curl in casual curls.
Pigtails at the face
Another popular hairstyle from the 2000s is the braids around the face. Even long explanations can be dispensed with here. We just separate two strands at the face and weave small pigtails from them. You can collect them with small rubber bands, original hairpins or just fixing means. A minimum of effort – and you are already in trend, like the same Hayley Bieber or Margot Robbie!
Bubble tails
Another original hairstyle inspired by the 2000s is the bubble tails. They can be made from strands near the face or on the crown of the head, as well as from all the hair – in any case, it will look very flirty and unusual.
Relaxed ponytail
This hairstyle is perfect for those with very long hair. Braid one braid on both sides, and then join them in a knot. Fix the ends of the resulting knot with an elastic band at the back of the head under all remaining hair.
